1. Payment policy

  • Payment method:

    • Bank transfer: Details will be displayed during the payment step on the website. Please take a photo of the transaction receipt to support faster confirmation.
    • Cash on delivery (COD): Applicable to inner city areas of Hanoi.
    • E-wallet: Supports platforms such as Momo , ZaloPay , and wallets integrated on the website.

  • Payment Security:

    • We do not store any customer payment information.
    • All transactions are processed through a secure certified payment gateway (PCI DSS).

  • Payment support:

    • If the transaction fails, please contact us immediately via hotline or email for support checking.
    • In case payment has been made but order confirmation has not been received, customers need to provide transaction information to be processed within 24 hours .

  • Refund Policy:

    • If an order is canceled by EATLIGHT FOOD due to operational errors (out of stock, unable to deliver, etc.), we will refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.

2. Order Confirmation

  • After successful payment, EATLIGHT FOOD will send a confirmation email or SMS including:
    • Order details.
    • Estimated delivery date.
    • Contact instructions if any problems arise.
