Cancel individual orders:

  • Customers can cancel individual orders (not part of monthly packages) before 12:00 pm the day before delivery date.
  • Cancellation requests after this time will not be accepted.

Cancel monthly diet package (20 days):

  • Customers get 10% discount when paying in advance for the entire monthly diet package.
  • If the diet package is cancelled at any time, the 10% discount will be revoked , and the cost of meals received will be charged at the original price.
  • Any excess (after deducting the cost of the meal received) will be refunded within 7 working days .

Cancellation due to force majeure:

  • In case the customer cancels due to force majeure (illness, accident,…) and has paid in advance, they need to provide relevant documents (confirmation from hospital, authorities,…) to get a refund or offset against the next order.
