1. Delivery area

• EATLIGHT FOOD delivers to all inner and outer districts within Hanoi.
• For customers in other provinces, we provide delivery services through reputable shipping partners. Delivery time and fees will be specifically notified when customers place orders.

2. Delivery time

• Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be processed and shipped the following day.
• Delivery time: 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
• We do not deliver on Sundays and holidays unless specifically noted.
• For large orders or personal menu requests, delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days .

3. Shipping fee

• Hanoi inner city districts: 20,000 VND/delivery.
• Suburban districts of Hanoi: 30,000 VND/delivery.
• Free shipping for orders of 500,000 VND or more.
• For orders to the provinces, delivery fees will be calculated according to the shipping partner’s fee schedule and clearly stated when ordering.

4. Delivery process

• Upon receipt of goods, customers please check the product on the spot to ensure:
  • Quantity and product are correct as ordered.
  • Packaging is not torn, damaged or shows any signs of abnormality.
• If a problem is detected, the customer can:
  • Notify delivery staff immediately.
  • Contact our customer service team via hotline or email within 8 hours of receiving the goods.

5. Delivery failed

• In case of unsuccessful delivery due to wrong address or no recipient , we will:
  • Contact customer again to arrange second delivery.
  • Re-delivery fee will apply if the fault is not on EATLIGHT FOOD’s side.
• Orders will be held in stock for up to 24 hours before cancellation.

6. Special delivery service (if any)

• Customers can request express delivery or delivery within a specific time frame. Service fees will be notified separately when ordering.
